Netflix was down some today for me... I was on my PC and they were having issues. I would try it again maybe try doing these methods
0) Turn phone off, take battery out, turn back on and try
1) Restart phone -try app
2) Clear data -try app (it closes it when you clear data)
3) Uninstall/Re-Install the app
