    Hi all.

Within the last week by reading reviews and pouring over youtube videos etc, I have been convinced, even without holding one, my next phone needs to be the HTC Hero. Apart from lack of camera flash, it is pretty much perfect.

I have also been checking all the tariffs available, but have now decided to opt for the new "3" network deal (non spotify). (Good choice?) 3 network coverage seems to be the best, no ?

I realise this deal is only a few days old, but my only concern is will the software be heavily loaded with 3 junk as my wife has a Nokia from 3 which is just dreadful to look at. I am quite new to Android, so people can put me right on this and any other advice is welcome.

    Thanks,

    Trevor.

Hi Trevor , and Welcome to the Forums! :D

The signal and 3G coverage is based on your personal geographical location so it's best to test the phone and service out for yourself as people will all have different experiences and see if your satisfied with it :)

Thanks for that. Coverage map seems to be ok for my area of north east london. Any ideas on the three branding on the software ? Or am I barking up the wrong tree re Android phones ?
