New phone always says "you dont have enough space" ??

Just got this new phone and after a day of playing with it, it keeps saying " you dont have enough space" - every once in awhile. I currently am using 66% of my storage (15 gb / 22.83 gb) and the ram is at 68% so I dont know what it's talking about.

When i'm randomly using the phone, that messsage will pop up for a second, then go away. And sometimes when I am downloading things on whatsapp or sending files, it will say that too.

why??

thanks, tried it, lets see. cache cleared up 870 mb.

Install Ccleaner too, that will probably clear another 2GB or more.
