Help New to android, question about launcher

Hi folks, did a search on th eforum but didn't really find what I as looking for.

just bought myself a note 10.1 and I am really enjoying it.
Now I was planning to install the GO Launcher HD for pad from the app store.

My question now is: how does this installer handle the pen-software? if i remove pen, do I get the auto-menu or not? Will I hav ethat menu at all? If I install, will I still be able to use f.e. photoshop touch? Does the software support all the features of the note 10.1?

And what if I want to go back? is it easy to go back to standard settings? (as told I am new to android and just don't want to brick my tablet)

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use Nova Launcher and able to use the pop up apps and launch the side bar when the S-Pen is removed. I have it set as my default launcher. I can go back to TouchWiz whenever I want, though I can't imagine myself doing that.

I use Go Launcher and it all works fine.
