No AT&T S2, but I need a phone. Ideas?

Still rocking the HTC Kaiser, but it's dying. What are some viable options, since we apparently getting the S2?
1- Buy an unlocked version on Amazon?
2- Wait for LG 3D coming soon?
3- Settle for the Infuse?
4- Buy a used Android for cheap and keep waiting?

I'd hate to miss out on the dual-core frenzy going on, but when the Kaiser dies, I'll have little choice but to get something.

Anyway, just posting to get your thoughts, since many of us in the states are facing similar issues with dying phones.
