Non Root, Non USB Debugging - Data Access

Good day everyone,

Quick question without any hope for a positive answer :
I have a smashed screen on my Nexus 5 (LG D821).

I never rooted it, I never activated the usb debugging mode.
The screen isn't working any more (it's smashed).

I know it's still working (it still plays the sounds from messages received).
Is there any way to get the files in it ?
I can get it connected to the computer, but without a way to activate data transfer I'm screwed

I'll have to wait 2 weeks before being able to replace the screen and I need the data inside before that


If there is anything that could help me, I'll be quite happy.
If not, I'll wait patiently.

You need USB debugging on to copy data so I think you have to get that screen repaired in order to get the data
