i just turned off and pulled the battery and re testing now...... same thing
it says it stopped unexpectedly. please try again and i have to select force close

try clearing the qik cache

menu > settings > applications > manage applications > qik (blue icon) > Clear cache

did all that lol imma tech junky i just emailed qik kuz this makes no sense as to why the sms never comes//gonna try a reboot and internet refresh on the fone to see if it may be a connection error.

open qik > click video chat > type the qik username of person you'd like to call in the "search/call" box > tap green phone icon to the left of search bar.

You have the wrong qik then. Uninstall and try again using the apk and instructions found in the post here ->

Also, try to make sure you don't have your cell hooked up to your PC as a storage device. Android needs to be able to access your SD card for Qik to work properly.
