Hi all. I am a first time user on the forum but lets see how it goes. I have an HTC Desire and have a lot of trouble making a wallpaper to fit on one screen not all 7. Following is how I made several wallpapers that fit on the one full screen (like the old phones).
On your PC:
1- Make a new wallpaper (blank) at 960 x 800 and save as your finished
title.
2- Find the pic you want to make a new wallpaper from and Paint Shop Pro
or Photoshop it to make a wallpaper (insert) at 600 high x 380 wide.
3- Open the 960 x 800 saved wallpaper then copy and paste the 600 x 380
wallpaper (insert) into the centre of it, same space either side and top
and bottom.
4- You should end up with a 960W x 800H main wallpaper with a 380W x
600H wallpaper inside it. Once saved transfer it to your Android unit and
set as wallpaper. You will have your pic as a single screen pic not one
that runs across the 7 screens.
I hope this all makes sense, it's easy when you have done a couple.
