The OnePlus 5 is outfitted with two cameras on the back: a 16MP (f/1.7) wide angle camera, and a 20MP (f/2.6) telephoto camera.
The telephoto camera provides you with a 2X lossless zoom, allowing you to get much closer to your subjects without physically moving closer.
Switching between the 2 modes is easy, simply open the camera app and tap on the 1X icon just above the shutter button to switch to the 2X mode and again to go back to 1X. It's super quick and easy really handy once you get the hang out it.
