I have a Samsung S20 Ultra unlocked. I have had problems with multiple phones and computers (Sammsung & Apple). I have done multiple factory resets and it does not help! Issues come right back, so I assume from what I have seen that something has rooted my phone. Settings change, passwords constantly change on me, there was an LG Nexus phone that showed up on my gmail, and I have been locked out of Facebook twice now. First because it said I was posting political advertisements (not me) then because my email was supposedly banned. I later found out the email was banned because it was blacklisted - AT&T said they removed it from the blacklist. I don't know what to do! No one seems to see anything when testing the phone. I have seen apps that I did not download, and I believe they are for older Phones not the S20. There was an app was calls and messaging on other devices that I was unable to shut off. I think this app was stopping me from receiving calls. I have so many problems its never ending! Also, are there supposed to be so many short cuts that can't be removed in accessibility ? I have been consumed by this! Please HELP me!!!!!! I am not an experienced computer person so please use newbie language if you have any ideas. Thank you!

I'd be more worried that someone has hacked your accounts than about the phone. I suggest using a different device (as a precaution) and changing all of your passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and checking for any other unrecognised devices accessing them and de-authorise any you find. The "passwords changing" stuff sounds like the accounts being hacked, and if someone has access to key accounts that is the easiest way to access your devices (and if you then connect the phone to the same account after a reset you just let them back in).

Much of the other stuff you have said or shown about your phone does not sound terribly suspicious, though if there are apps you have particular concerns about please tell us more about them. Samsung include a lot of apps on their phones, including a "calls and texts on other devices" app, and I can easily imagine the list of keyboard shortcuts you posted is normal (that would be a weird thing to hack anyway).

It would be extremely difficult to root a modern Android, essentially impossible without physical access (and if you have a US s20 it's impossible even with such access). But if you are really worried you could download firmware from sammobile.com and reflash the device (Samsung's smart switch software is I think what you use for this).

i like to re-iterate what @Hadron said, it is very difficult to root phones these days. you need to actually have physical access to your phone as well as a computer. it cannot be done on the fly wirelessly. and again like @Hadron said, most samsung's galaxy devices with snapdragon processors are very, if not, extremely hard to root. so i would rule out that your device is rooted, unless you handed over your device to someone you do not know for an extended period of time.

definitely do the two part verification on all of your accounts where applicable...as well as change your passwords or even create new accounts.

good luck and keep us posted.

Thank you for the info. As for the root I just assumed there should be some user certs, but they are all under system and almost all of them say root. I know nothing about roots, so thank you for the reassurance. I should probably change the passwords from my husband's computer and add the 2FA from there I guess. I even bought a new router and multiple new sim cards. I hope I can get this worked out. Thank you so much for the response. Going to start changing passwords now will keep you posted.

Thank you both for the response. I have a busy day resetting passwords ahead of me. What do you think is the best security software to use? I don't mind purchasing it if it stops all this mess. Also is there a password keeper you feel is safe to use?
