Pandigtial multimedia novel 7 tablet

I just purchase this. I am having problems with installing my android drive. It keep asking for a disk, but it did not come with a disk. So what can I do. My wifi is not operating right so I can't online at home. I have to go to a hotspot just to get online. I should not have to leave my house just to get online with my tablet. The wifi comes on for a few minutes then go right back off. I need some subjection of what I can do to fix these problems. Thanks
