Help Parental Controls via VPN/SSLVPN

This is similar to another posting I just made. I want to lock down the tablet (and another Android Phone) for my kids. One way to do this is to force all internet traffic over a VPN to my home network. My router then has parental controls. Therefore, How can I set up the Android to automatically create a VPN/SSLVPN to my home network? It must be automatic. It must be set up in a way that they can not disable it. I can't see anyway for 1 - make it automatic and 2- put security on it such that they can't easily defeat it. I'm dealing with novice users - I'm not worried about hard core hackers.

Yeah, I didn't see that! But it does say it's a BETA app so maybe the final version will be of use
