phone always duplicates photos by email

hi People,

whenever I sent pics from my Q6 by email, the recipient always gets duplicates of each one, which obviously doubles the bandwidth used, and is totally a nuisance.

anyway to prevent or disable this from happening?

my email provider is GOOGLE (gmail).
i wanted to get away from google based apps on my phone, so I'm trying to alternate email apps: BlueMail and Spark. They both double the images and send duplicates. The Google (gmail) app does not duplicate the pictures.

i don't think it is your phone, so nothing in your phone settings will help. you can try wipe cache and data for the other email apps and see if that helps.....or try another email app.
