Help Phone always re-boots into CWM after accidentally accepting system update (VM)

Well, my F3 always re-boots into CWM after misclicking the update and waiting 10 seconds. Now i'm stuck in CWM and don't know what to do. I tried installing the stock software and Solar ROM through CWM but to no avail. It still keeps booting into CWM after reboot. Any ideas?

The same thing happened to me. You need to unbrick your phone

Then you can reroot with saferoot and i read you can reinstall cwm. I didn't reinstall cwm yet so not sure how that works out.

Using the unbrick method (which took forever to figure out how to use) i now have a working phone. Thank you!
