Help Phone won't update Stuck on 4.0.4

I have a 100% stock Victory from Sprint and the Jelly Bean update fails every time. It looks like I am missing some folder. Is there somewhere I can download Jelly Bean and flash from an SD card? I haven't had any luck finding one. Thanks in advance.

Are you updating over the air? IF so, go to a Sprint store and ask them to do it for you. (They have numbers to call for help that you have no access to.)

If you're trying to update with something you found on the internet, be grateful that it didn't just brick your phone.
