Ok here is the deal i messed up my phone trying to put a custom build on my phone, now all i want is my phone back to normal like it was when it came out the box. When hold down the volume up and down button and power on the phone it takes me to the android system recovery screen which displays this error message that i have in this picture i took, can somebody please tell me step by step what i need to put on my sdcard to get this phone working again, i will be very grateful. Thanks for reading

If what ziggy suggested doesn't help, try putting the clockworkmod recovery image onto the phone again. See what happens from there.
 
Check out the sticky about CWM and a custom ROM at the top of the all things root section here. It will get you all set up.
 
I think that the sd card was damaged so why dont you take the sd out and plug it in to ur computer then format it then put the files for stock ROM :)
 
Well I've killed a couple of 2 ghz & my damn 32ghz card before, I don't know what happened but clockwork fried them SD cards, Worst case scenario you need to get a new SD card then use this folder (Mobile Image Drive Folder) http://db.tt/KxvmyPDX , Pull the battery & boot into downloader mode volume down & power, plug it into your PC & you should see the mobile drive open on your PC copy & paste the whole folder inside the zip over yours then reboot. This should put you into stock recovery if all goes well then repeat the process & then open the mobile drive folder & replace only the recovery image http://db.tt/H0PE5ZwV , then reboot. Boot into recovery volume up & down + power( you should have put your stock rom on your SD card via PC) then do the 3 wipes factory data reset, dalvik cache in advanced, & format the system in mounts & storage, then flash stock rom http://db.tt/9uMMyNLf , Good luck man.

thanks jaay dogg i will give it a shot. i just checked my sd card it's all good.
