Ploblem with my LG G5 finger print

I updated my message after that my finger print is not working,when i place my finger on, the phone vibrates and pop up a message saying, fingerprint is not working so i should restart the phone after restarting the phone and i placed my hand on, the phone is not even vibrating and no message is poping up.Can someone help me solve this problem?

i'm not quite sure i understand you. what message are we talking about? you said you updated it, correct? is this for your voicemail message? you said the phone is not vibrating? is it supposed to? you never said if the phone recognized your finger or not......so does it?

Clean the lens, mine was giving this same message and that stopped it.
