Help Pre Installed App

I received a Nexus 7 as a Christmas present so it is all new to me. My first question is about an app that is pre-installed called "HP Print Service Plugin". As I do not have an HP printer do I need to keep this app or can I uninstall it?

unless you want to get into rooting your device, leave it alone. if it bothers you that it might be running a service and eating resources, go into settings apps to the app and click disable... you never know some day you may want to interface to a HP printer...
