Help Problem pairing Evo to Uconnect

Purchased a new Dodge Citadel. Walked through the instructions closely. It keeps coming back to say pairing failed after providing 4 digit pin number. Has anyone else experienced this problem. Can you offer a solution

Sounds like the code was a mismatch. In my car, the default code was 0000. Not sure what your default code is, or if someone changed it. I know in the models I test drove, some of the settings were all over the place due to people messing around. It's possible the code got changed. Check to see if you have a factory reset option on your car.

its possible the bluetooth stack in handset is not compatible with the BT stack on the HU.

have you been to the car manufacturers website to see if they list compatible devices? its possible the evo is not compatible.
