Help Problems with SD card after RUU update to 2.3

Hey guys,

I just did a RUU update for my HTC Desire to Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It all went well, but I'm having 2 problems with my SD card:

1) Since I did the update, my phone keeps saying that there is no SD card in my phone while there is one.

2) I made a backup of everything on my SD card to my computer. But how can I get it back on my SD card?
