Help question about call dialing & landscape view

when i go to dial a phone number, the screen does not flip to a landscape view when holding the phone horizontally. i thought this was just a design flaw for about a month now until the phone flipped to the horizontal orientation for a split second and reverted back to the vertical look. so obviously the landscape UI/interface does exist.

all tabs under "Contacts" orients itself correctly and all other programs that use orientation have no problems.

so, do your phones flip to landscape view in the dial screen and in the "talking on the phone" screen? or do i just have a broken phone?

mine doesn't turn to landscape when im in a call or dialing

When using launcher pro if u have the auto rotation on then under your phone contacts it will rotate. To enable that hit menu/preferences/behavior then check auto rotation. This works with launcher pro.

yea the phone contacts works fine in landscape view but the phone Dialer does not rotate.
