Hi guys.. I have a 2GB sd.. soon, i will buy 8gb sd, then gonna format it to fat. if i transfer all my files from 2gb sd to 8gb sd, does it will become okay? and does my installed applications will work properly? or im gonna factory reset it? :confused:

I am not sure all applications will work or not,but i suggest you to do a factory reset and copy all important files to your new sd card ,just to avoid any errors or issues and offcourse you can install your appications from market!!
I did the same with my 16 gb.i also did partition on my sd card,its working fine!!
 
guys.. you have only one day to answer my question.. because im planning! im gonna buy sd card 8gb tomorrow and root it.. then transfer my files from 2gb sd to 8gb sd. Does it will work okay or not? Please tell me if factory reset or copy the data of applications from 2gb to 8gb sd.

Please note that copying the files won't work with the new card. You don't need to reset it to factory settings but just install all the apps on your new card...thats it.

It works dude! I just try it yesterday.. Worked without any errors :)
 
hai..i recently bought samsung galaxy y..so far no problem..jus one thing bother me...when i want to quit playing games or leave apps on the phone, some game / apps i just dont know where the exit option so i just simply press the middle button to exit and will go straight to the phone main desktop...will this act affect my hp, cos im really worried since i did not exit properly from the game...will it crush my hp system and the apps...?????:(

Some of the APPLICATIONS are running if you just press home button or middle button, just keep pressing back button, or PRESS HOME BUTTON and go to TASK MANAGER and END THE APPLICATION. :):)
