Quick Hello

Just wanted to say hello. My name is Isaac. I had been waiting for the iPhone to be announced on Verizon, and well, we all know how that went. So I was up for my new every 2, and decided to purchase either an Incredible or a Droid 2. I would have preferred the Droid 2's size, but ultimately the Incredible's Sense UI won out. Hopefully I have should have the phone in two weeks. This will be my first droid, so this will be completely new to me.

Look forward to reading up on the forums.
 
You will totally be satisfied with your new Drinc/Dinc/DI/HTC INC/Incredible/Inc/Droid Inc/ did I miss any?

Make sure you show off all the crazy features to your Apple friends so they get jealous.
 
Thanks for the warm welcome. i cant wait to get the phone in. If the battery begins to become an issue, i suppose ill just swap it out for an aftermarket one. I usually charge nightly anyway.
 
If you charge nightly, I can't imagine you'd have a problem :) I take mine off the charger when I leave for work at 730am and it's usually still green when I put it back on around 11 at night. Occasionally barely in the orange. Great phone, love it so far. Every question or concern I've had has been put to rest in this forum!
 
The funny thing about the wait for the iPhone to come to Verizon is that it allowed so many people to get a taste of the Android OS and most of these people will never switch to the iPhone even when it'll be available on Verizon. I know I could care less now... :)

since you are new to android from crapple, i would like to inform you, that on android u can actually install any which app you please even if its not on the android market.

also u can actually view flash websites (not all just yet, but soon).

oh and multi-tasking is not a joke, it really works.

and most importantly, feel free to hold your phone any which way you please.
