Not sure about other Shacks but we didn't have to deal with a mail in rebate. $200 plus tax and we walked out with a Hero for me and a Moment for the wife.

Turns out there is a sprint business rep on a duck hunting forum i'm on and neither of us were with sprint. He offered us any phones other than the touch pro 2 for 99 cents plus 20% off the 1500minutes all inclusive plan plus a $100 a line credit to help cover etf's. Thats how

Looks like Radio Shack only dropped the upgrade price down to $149 this week, so I went in & got $30 back-- better than nothing. It was a bit of an ordeal waiting for the RS rep to figure out how to do the price adjustment, but I eventually got it.

I bought mine off the Sprint website a couple weeks ago,, can I play ball?

You have 30 days to return your phone. no questions asked. You may have to mail it back as opposed to returning it to a brick and mortar store, remember, they want to keep your business. Use that leverage gently and if you get a good rep, you may be able to convince them to do the return on the spot. If you charged it to your account then you will probably have to wait for the next billing cycle to see the credit. Unless you paid cash, Sprint will not give you money!
