At this point it does sound like you need to flash a stock ROM to get your S6 Edge working again. Whatever happened after you rooted it apparently corrupted the Android operating system itself, creating a situation where the OS is no longer functional so whenever you try to start your phone it just gets stuck in that boot loop. Flashing a ROM is essentially the same as reloading the operating system on a computer, the ROM is the OS. But ROMs are not like the install media of a computer OS where they can be used to install an OS to a wide range of hardware situations. ROMs are specific to their phones, there is no mix-and-matching. Different phone models have different hardware configurations, plus different carriers rely on different cellular networks so you need to use a ROM that's an exact match to your model of S6 Edge.
To do the flashing process, you'll need connect your phone to a computer and then running the either the Odin utility (Windows based), or if you don't have access to a Windows PC or Heimdall (Linux, Mac, or Windows), you'll flash the ROM from your computer to your phone.

To download a ROM for your phone, try either sammobile or updato. Both are good sources for valid, stock, Samsung ROMs.

Again, it's really important to select a ROM that's an exact match to the model I.D. of your phone.
If you opt to use sammobile, at the bottom of the actual download page there's basic instructions on the flashing process.
Note that by flashing a stock ROM that returns your phone to it's original, un-rooted state. Once it's no longer rooted, think about either the Samsung Kies utility or Smart Switch to upgrade your phone.

Also, you might want to try repairing your S6E using Smart Switch first. If it works out you won't need to manually flash your phone, if it doesn't you still have that option:
