Help Removed parts of my contacts?

hey guys i have a quick question. I recently started joining profiles in my phone and I removed the facebook profile from a contact and I dont know how I did it and how to reverse it or place it back AND I also deleted a contact and needed to put the facebook profile back on that one. Any suggestions, I have already retried synching the phone again to facebook and nothing was restored.... thanx in advanced.

Try to uninstall Facebook then reinstall it and sync Facebook contacts.

You don't need to uninstall Facebook, just sign out of Facebook or clear the data and sign back into it.

I'm sure there is another way to do it, but I don't have facebook on my phone anymore. I'm going to guess there is something in the settings.
