Repeat audio message automatically?

Hi,

I know they exist a lot of apps concerning "Message Reminder" but I don't find what I want.

I want one app who repeat automatically, each x minute (1, 5, 10, etc. minutes) a audio message. One message we record.

Example:
Message to say: Take your water Mom!
Repeat time: Each 10 min
How many repeat the message: 3 times
Day: Repeat each day
Automatic: ON

So when running this theory program what happen is it repeat automatically 3 time the record audio "Take your water Mom!" each 10 min.

I try a lot of Audio Reminder program and no one do that.
We must press a key to play the audio file.
I don't want press any key.

I want hear "Take your water Mom!" automatically, 3 time each 10 min.

Tasker could do that, it has a steep learning curve tho.
