Ordered HTC BA S410 Desire Battery on 3rd May and got a dispatch notification on the 5th.. still not arrived.. phoned them and they assured me it was sent first class and I have to wait 15 working days before they'll do anything! Strange considering I ordered about a dozen other small products from a range of websites last week that all arrived promptly.
It now shows as out of stock and I'm starting to wonder if they actually sent it at all and just want to keep me waiting till they get stock.
Has anyone else received a replacement battery from them?
