Help Reppard 7.1 Rom Problems Erasing Or Moving Apps

I Love this Rom! First off thanks to Reppard for your work! But I have lately been having one problem. I cant seem to erase any apps from the home screen or the other screens on the phone. When I go to press the app and hold it, nothing happens, the phone does a slight vibrate but no option to move or delete! Is there something the was changed on the settings without me knowing it or what else could be the problem? Thanks!

Im having a hard time remembering that rom...but try this...on the home screen,hit the far left button and see if there is an unlock screen option. If not i would probably try a re flash...you should be able to do what you want with em..
