NOW LOOK this is my first time replying im not new ive been here back in the day the prvail the droid 2 global the zte warp the ultra ive been here some time never had an account but this rom INSPIRED ME TO POST THIS ROM IS A BEAST IVE HAD SHIN ROM ALSO I LOVE THEM BOTH \
THANK U THIS ROM IS AMAZING THE YOUTUBE THE GMAIL IS SEXY THEN A MTF SMOOTH AS BUTTER THIS IS A NICE ROM THNX KEEP UP GOOD WORK
 
Installed it shortly after release. Smooth, excellent battery life, and Gmail is superb. Thanks! No hiccups so far ;)
 
Voicemail notifications work on this rom? Does the voicemail option under calls FC? If so then ask Dizzle to re-add the vtt-boost.apk (Visual Voicemail) it is needed to recieve notifications. and to access the notification settings for voicemail.
 
anyone else having issues with visual voicemail? i reinstalled the apk vtt-boost but when loading the program it tries to confirm my account and times out and never connects...and consequently never receives or notifies me of any voicemails received....not sure where to look ..anyone know of any settings or prop entries maybe need tweaking??

I will see, I honestly haven't noticed. I will try to find a way to enable them natively prolly in phone.apk and frameworkres.apk or androidpolicy.jar.
 
well i did figure this out...i reverted to stock and it connected flawlessly....so i made a copy of the data files for it and also copied the updated file from its initial setup...copied the data files and installed newest apk and it works fine on cyanoid...so some where a configuration is incorrect or not communicating properly....also lets us know that it's not associated with any other removed apks..only the vtt app itself

EDIT: yeah ...how bout NO...something went awry after restoring TB apps
ahh the thrill of the chase...if only it weren't 1 AM....
 
Copy the apk to system app set permissions and owner reboot to cwm and clear dalvik cache. It will work fine then. It did for me :)
 
shin...are you on your rom or this one?

i put it in system /app left permissions as rw-r-r owner as root and as system (tried both ways)

that didn't work...so i changed the data/data files again...no go

it's saying the connection to voice to text server is timing out

I got a fresh compile where it should be fixed will test in a few.
