Root Root help

Ok guys. It's been awhile since I have been here and played with my phone. But ever since the Jellybean update my phone has sucked ass. So you know, I have the Galaxy Note 1. The SGH-I717. With Jellybean 4.1.2

This thing is getting progressively worse in performance everyday. I want to root it and flash CM 10 onto it. Can you guys point me in the direction of all the files I will need?
