Root Rooted Sony Experia z2 lte and wcdma selection problem.

Hi, guys a question that hopefully you guys can answer. Any help is much appreciated. I notice that at my place of work if my network selection is set to lte preferred, wcdma, the data connection sometimes gets cut off goes to edge and then back to H+. But if I were to set it to Wcdma & GSM there's no problem and the connection is stable and does not get cut off at all. Is there anything wrong with my phone or is it because lte is not supported in that area. Thanks guys.
