Root Rooting to get rid of bloat and TouchWiz?

I had the Note2 and now the Note3 and never rooted, though am thinking I might want to do this if I get the Note4. I know next to nothing about rooting.

1. When does rooting become available for the Note4? Is it already available?
2. After rooting, can the preloaded apps that I do not want be completely removed?
3. Is there a way to replace Touchwiz while keeping the functionality of the pen?

1) root is only available on the TMO version (and I think Sprint).
2) Once you root, you can remove bloat
3) the S Pen does not need TW. You can use another launcher and still have full functionality of the S Pen, EXCEPT for pinning notes to the homescreen. You need to have TW as the default launcher for that function.
