Rubbish Keyboard on Z3

My new Z3 has the smallest keyboard ever. No idea what model. It has a large column on the right with lots of arrows that are surplus to requirements. The letters are so close together by it's almost unuseable. To crown it all, when I have got a page correct and I click save or send, the text changes by itself and I send a rubbish message. I have turned off autofill but makes no difference. Sam in any app Any solutions?

Try SwiftKey keyboard from the play store, it's the one I use and fully customizable

It's a popular, feature-rich keyboard but if you want to avoid adding in another Google product, Klaus Weidner's Hacker's Keyboard app is a very capable and customizable keyboard. It requires a little set up work to implement correctly but once that's done be sure to tweak its extensive options to make its user interface and functionality match up with what you want.
