I used the fix here to fix the wifi issues on my Galaxy S3, however once turn the power saving mode off in service mode, I've noticed on my the screen no longer turns off. Went in display, it's set to turn off at 15 seconds still, yet it won't. Reboot the phone, it will now turn off properly, but my wifi is not back into power saving mode and disonnecting constantly. I'm on Telus in Canada, if that helps anyone.
