Help S4 and Qi Wireless Recharger Issue

I have a new Qi wireless charger. It worked great for two days and then the issue started. Once the phone charges to 94%, it cycles every tens seconds or so. The phone will make the dock peep sound, and the phone screen will flash "Phone in range, wireless charging has started". And it repeats... repeats... until you get it off the base. This means there is no way to let it charge at night, or it will wake you up when it gets to 94%, or just be recycling the charging start every 10 seconds. Any idea why the S4 would do this with a wireless charger? PS- It works fine if you plug it in through the usb connection.

I have an issue like that but only when trying to charge while phone is off
