RESOLVED: Samsung Galaxy A32 5G No Vibration Incoming Calls

I bought a new Samsung Galaxy A32 5G a couple weeks ago. I love the phone, but it does not vibrate when I receive a call. Very strange that it works if my phone screen is on, but does not vibrate when the screen is off. I've googled the problem and tried everything recommended. Any ideas? I'm thinking its a software issue; so maybe I just need to return for a new phone. I go thru Metro by T-Mobile in case that is important to know.

Go to settings, sounds, choose vibrate for calls toggle to on.....

I appreciate your reply. After a couple hours of unsuccessful fixes suggested online and talking with a Samsung tech.I finally reverted to factory settings and it fixed the problem.
