Samsung Galaxy S problems -- applications unexpectedly and automatically force close

Hello everyone, i am new to your site. I have a problem with my Galaxy S, applications unexpectedly and automatically force close (and when they do a music starts playing in the background -- i have never downloaded this music before). Please how do i fix this problem ?.

Even when i remove the battery, reinsert the battery and restart the phone the problem still persists.
