See anyone had problem like my samsung galaxy s6Edge and mobile@work.
I have been using this for more than three months with fingerprint screen lock with corporate e-mail and never had problem with it.
I end up wiping this device since the device password expired yesterday. I reconfigured the device for the coporate email and encrypted the device.
I now unable to set screen lock with fingerprint or anything else other than password.
The options are grayed out for swipe, fingerprint, pin ,etc with "Turned off by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage"
Spoke to MDM administrator to see whether He has changed the device policy and He thinks that this is an android issue not the security policy .
It is annoying me for entering the complex password for screen lock.
