Hi, we're currently experiencing issues with embeded images in the Samsung default email application. Our company have started to use clickable links, this has been created using outlook 2007. The problem is these links are not viewable on our Samsung S4 Mobiles, instead the clickable links are shown as blank with blue question mark boxes. (Please see attached image for details). However newsletters are viewable on the samsung s4 from other companies so HTML seems to be working . Our companies links show correctly on PC (Outlook 2007), IOS 7.1 and Blackberries, just not on our S4. We upgraded to the new kitkat 4.2.2. I cannot inform if this was working on previous version. Other points; "show Image" from the settings menu has been checked (turned on), yet still the images do not display.
Could this be a problem with the way the links have been embeded? Something to do with the android settings? or the Android OS?
