Saving Cropped Pictures with its Original Resoluton possible

I searched a photo editor, which can save cropped pictures with its original resolution, for a long time.

And I didn't know that I had an app for this on my phone for some time
'Photo Enhance Pro'
What I had to do, was to set its image quality to 'Very high'.

I did successfully try with 8MP pictures of my stock camera.

And I will try with larger imported pictures
EDIT: OK, I did it successfully with a 12MP picture of my Canon cam

Only two output formats:
1) Resize to 800x600 for web use.
2) High Resulotion (depends on settings, up to the originally resolution of your picture)

EDIT:
That output formates can be defined in settings as image quality in various steps: 'Very Low' to 'Very high'.
But there aren't resolution figures.
So you have to figure out your wished resizing.
