Help screen turns on and off just like that ?

okey so iv'e noticed today when i dried my phone that somehow got wet (i dried it for about 10 hours ^^) then about 30 min before i posted this post i noticed that my screen when i turn off the screen just like that automaticly turns on ? and then off ^^

note:my phone did not turn off but just the scren is going on and off ?

im not running custom roms or anytheing that could of change this
do i just wait for a time for the phone to work (like getting 100% dry from inside) or ?
