Scroll bar showing on watch face

My TicWatch E is showing a scroll bar on the right-hand side of the screen at all times, apart from when in ambient mode.

This bar is identical to the one which shows when viewing the apps list. It shouldn't be there, but I can find no way to get rid of it. I've rebooted the watch a few times, but the scroll bar still appears.

The build number shows as OWDR.180307.020.

If anyone has ideas on how I can fix this, I'd be grateful.

That may be the tiles update. IIRC you need to go through the quick tutorial to get rid of it.
