Let's just say you don't want to install a 3rd party call blocker.
Just add the number to your contacts with a name like: Zzz Bob Smith.
(I use Zzz at the begining to put then at the bottom of the list and not clutter up the contact list.)
Now open the contact and select the hard Menu button > Options > check Incoming Calls; Sends calls directly to voicemail.
Done.
