This is my 2nd droid a 39/09 and I have the following problems having owned it for 2 weeks
1) Sound coming out of earpiece instead of speaker bug happened once
2) 2 crashes, once during youtube where instead of force closing I hit "Wait" and it lagged up then reset
3) Sound popping in the left ear only on maximum volume and with certain songs
4) Holding down the bottom right search button afterwakeup usually results in a "Connection Problem" but if you talk over it still works
5) People complain I sound low and muffled over voicecalls
6) three scratches around the device (not the screen)
I got it at best buy and im sure i could get a exchange no problem but I'm worried i'll land a device that has even more problems. If these problems are software and are common to all Droid i'll stick with it.
