Hi,

I recently bought a Motorola Atrix 2 phone (unlocked) and I would like to sign up with a cheaper "pay as you go" service provider. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me where I can buy a sim card for my phone as it did not come with one. Do I have to purchase $30+ sim card from T-mobile and then cancel that service after the first month and then use that sim card when I find a new lower rate service provider? Or, can I buy a blank sim card for the phone? I have tried numerous searches but I have not had any luck finding out where I can just purchase a sim card.

Many thanks,

Tricia

Sim Cards are dependent on the actual service provider. So let's say you went and got a T-Mobile Plan and dropped it in lew of a cheaper plan some where else, you would than need to buy their sim card and use their service. Also unless I am wrong which I could be I have never actually heard of a blank sim card, I mean the providers can get them and program them but actually selling them to a consumer is a different story. Anyway hope this helps.
