Hi all,
I am having an issue with my LG v10 when trying to update it.
The phone is from Verizon, but it unlocked.
When I connect my phone to my pc and press the USB connection option on the phone it is set on File transfer.
Then I choose Software Installtion and auto play appears and I choose open folder to choose the Verizon SWUpgrade assistant launcher.
I only get the option "just one" and the "always" option is grayed out.
Once "just once" is pressed it opens autoplay and after a few seconds it disconnects and goes back to "File transfer option" and does not allow me to run the Verizon program
How can I get this to stay put and not switch back?
I tried different usb ports and cables, but still the same results?
