Sonic 4 Episode II

So I've been searching for answers for this for about a month now but nothing comes up when I look. Does anyone know why Sonic 4 Episode II LITE is available for the Galaxy S4 but the full version is listed as incompatible? I can purchase the game from my Galaxy Player 4.0 but I cannot install it, I didn't even have that option on my S4. I purchased it on the Galaxy Player but it couldn't install for one reason or another so I just refunded the app. I'm still kinda bummed that I cannot get it to run on the S4 but the LITE version runs amazingly. I was just wondering if anyone around here had anymore insight into this than I do.
