Root sort of bricked my cappy...need some help

I was trying to revert from Serendipity VII to the stock rom using I897UCJF6-final-OCD-REV0.exe. When the phone was on and running, odin recognized the phone was connected. when I went into download mode, however, it would not detect it. I tried going into CWR and I initiated a restore from when I first flashed Serendipity. After this, it will only boot into recovery mode. I can use a usb jig to get it into download mode, but the Odin one click restore still won't recognize it. I think it might have to do with the fact that it has a 2.3 bootloader, but I'm not sure how to fix this.

Nevermind. There was a piece of lint in my USB port that was preventing a good connection between my phone and computer.
