About this job
We are looking for Senior Software Developers with mobile experience to join our team in Palo Alto, CA, working on mobile clients for a new, massively-scalable communication platform. This project is still in stealth mode, so we can't say too much about it, but feedback we've had from some hard-bitten VCs and C level execs in major Telcos includes comments like "Wow, cool!" and "Ground breaking".
You'll be working as part of a team of world-class Software Engineers, on an ambitious project that's planning to grow fast and make headlines.
Responsibilities
•Developing and deploying robust client code.
•Designing, coding, testing and documenting within an agile development environment.
•Actively participating in team architecture discussions.
Requirements
•BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
•Fluency in Java and/or Objective-C.
•Extensive experience writing apps for iPhone, Android and/or Blackberry (we will want to see examples of your work).
•Team player and self-starter, with excellent communications skills and the drive to get on and make things happen.
•Passion for great user experience.
Desirable Qualities
•Experience developing mobile clients that communicate with back-end server / cloud systems.
•Familiarity with a variety of third-party developer APIs such as OAuth, Facebook, Twitter etc.
